We currently ship within Australia only using Australia Post.

Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Rates

• Flat rate shipping: $10.00

• Free standard shipping on orders over $100

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are as follows:

• Standard delivery: 4–8 business days

• Regional areas & Western Australia: Up to 14 business days

Tracking

All orders are sent with Australia Post tracking, allowing you to follow your parcel once it has been dispatched.

PO Boxes

We ship to PO Boxes within Australia.

Delays & Lost Parcels

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by Australia Post. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, however if your parcel is delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.
